MatchesAkash Singh is an Indian left-arm medium-fast bowler whose primary skillset revolves around swinging the new ball and generating movement off the seam to attack the top order. He first gained national attention as a core member of the India Under-19 squad that reached the final of the 2020 ICC U-19 World Cup. In the Indian Premier League (IPL), Singh has been part of multiple franchises, including the Rajasthan Royals, Chennai Super Kings, and Sunrisers Hyderabad. During the 2023 season with the Chennai Super Kings, he played 6 matches and took 5 wickets. Ahead of the 2025 season, the Lucknow Super Giants (LSG) acquired him for his base price of ₹30 Lakh. He made 3 appearances during the 2025 campaign, claiming 4 wickets, with his best performance being 2/30 against the Punjab Kings. Acknowledging his utility as a domestic left-arm pace option, LSG officially retained him at his ₹30 Lakh salary ahead of the 2026 season.
